Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Managed Deploy Setup Fees

If you request **Path B: Managed Deploy ($99)**, this fee is processed once our development team begins database seeding, SMTP configuration, custom domain mapping, and workspace node installation. Because this service involves customized, manual engineering labor immediately upon checkout:

• Cancellation before deployment: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you cancel your request before our engineers begin provisioning your Supabase architecture or linking your custom domain.
• Cancellation after deployment starts: Once database provisioning, key seeds, or domain mapping processes have initiated, we cannot offer full refunds. Partial refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the resources consumed.

2. Sovereign Node & Self-Serve Setup ($0)

The core LuminexLabs OS is open and free to deploy on your own sovereign Supabase client configuration (**Path A: Self-Serve Setup**). Since there are no software licenses or recurring seat fees charged by us for self-managed nodes, there are zero transactional charges, and refund requests are not applicable to the free software setup.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a cancellation or request a refund for managed setup fees:

1. Email our support and accounting desk at billing@luminexlabs.io with your order identification details.
2. Provide your registered startup domain and the name used during checkouts.
3. All approved refunds are returned directly to the original payment instrument (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, or digital wallets via Paddle) within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing timelines.

Paddle Merchant Verification Compliance

Our refund policy is fully aligned with global standard merchant regulations under Paddle and local electronic commerce consumer acts. If you have any inquiries or payment processing disputes, we invite you to consult directly with our billing workspace before escalating to credit disputes.
